LPG Quality & Safety Standards
LPG shall meet approved composition and purity standards.
Cylinders must be free from damage, corrosion, or leaks.
Valves and seals must be in proper condition before filling.
Filling Accuracy Control
Cylinders must be filled strictly according to approved net weight.
Filling machines shall be checked for accuracy at the start of each shift.
Random cylinder weight checks shall be conducted and recorded.

LPG storage tanks
Automatic / manual LPG filling machines
LPG cylinders
Weighing & measuring systems
Operational Inspections
Daily inspection of filling machines and load cells
Leak testing of cylinders after filling
Monitoring of pressure, valves, and safety interlocks
